Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Crystal Waters Official Shop.
Most items in our shop are produced on demand, which means your order is made specifically after it is placed. Because we work with multiple print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Tapstitch and Printful, production times, shipping methods, packaging, tracking details, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product ordered and the fulfillment location.
Order Processing & Production
Orders are typically sent into production shortly after they are placed.
Most products require production time before shipping. Production time generally ranges from 2–5 business days, though some items may take longer depending on the product type, supplier, order volume, holidays, or fulfillment location.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery time generally includes:
Production time + shipping transit time = estimated delivery time
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product type, and fulfillment partner.
Estimated shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
As a general guide:
- Domestic U.S. orders may arrive faster when fulfilled from a U.S.-based facility.
- International orders may take longer due to customs, local delivery carriers, and regional processing times.
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately if they are produced by different fulfillment partners or facilities.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple production and fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in more than one package.
If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different locations and ship separately. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in the same order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by a fulfillment error.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at shop@iamcrystalwaters.com.
Because many items are made to order and move quickly into production, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is submitted.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building mailroom, front desk, or delivery location.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at shop@iamcrystalwaters.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll review the issue and assist where possible.
The Crystal Waters Shop is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Customs, Duties, and International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@iamcrystalwaters.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defect
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can review the issue with our fulfillment partners.
